In loving memory of Jacqueline Florence Blurton who sadly passed away on 28th February 2017, on ward 403 at The Royal Derby Hospital aged 75 years.

Loving wife of the late Peter Blurton. A loving mum, grandmother, sister, aunt and cousin.
Jacqueline will be missed so much by all those who love and know her and will remain in their hearts forever.
