In loving memory of the late Pam Jones who sadly passed away peacefully at home with dignity and grace on 29th August 2014, aged 65 years.
Devoted Wife of Terry, irreplaceable Mum of Joanne & Alan, precious Gaga Pam of Joe and Charlie, amazing Sister of Diane, Auntie of Matthew and Stephen and Niece of Sheila.
Pam will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by all her family and friends.
