Loving wife of the late Kazimierz, dearly loved mum of Elizabeth and the late Leon.
Passed away peacefully at Royal Derby Hospital on 12th February 2017 aged 94 years.
Betty's funeral service will be held on Wednesday 1st March, 1.00pm in the Round Chapel at Markeaton Crematorium.
