I give my heavenly father all honor and glory for the life of my Uncle Eaton. He was one of the most caring, loving, understanding and kind persons I know. Although he was so far away it was as if he was always with us. He kept the channel of communication opened and kept reminding me that family was important. He was a true confidant I am proud to call him Uncle. I know he is resting in peace because God's glory shone thru him in so many ways. Much love from your niece, Jas.

Eaton my loving little brother , words cannot explain how I am feeling. I knew you were ill but was hoping and praying that you would not have left me so soon. However God knows best, He does everything in His time.

I however take comfort in the fact that you lived a good life ,one that was pleasing to our Lord and Saviour and there is no doubt in my mind that you are now safe in the arms of Jesus, free from all pain and the cares of this world. I am looking forward to seeing you once more on that great resurrection morning for the Bible says on that resurrection morning they that are in Christ shall rise first.
To Hyacinth, all my nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, be strong ,God will take care of you. I love you all. Let us all live a life that is pleasing to God which will guarantee our reunion with our love one when the Lord shall return.

Sleep on my Brother, love you.

From your
Sister Lurline and family.

No time for goodbye, you slipped away,
Outside the sun shone, a beautiful day,
Inside my heart was torn and sad,
We loved you so, now all felt bad.
Your smiling face I still could see,
Oh how we long for your company,
Your laughter could our fears erase,
You helped us in so many ways.
Yet sadness is quite wrong we know,
Your kindness taught us love and so,
Forgive us when we weep for you,
Help us to be strong like you.
You slipped away but not so far,
For as we gaze up at the stars,
We realise your still quite near,
To you we are still very dear.
So thank you Eaton for being there,
I'm sure about us you will always care,
Hello is what we will hear you say,
When we meet again another day.

Rest in peace our lovely Eaton, Friend, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather.

Debbie xxx

I was fortunate to have met Eaton just a few times, but I was always struck by his positivity, his seemingly unwavering faith and just how important his family were to him. I got the impression he took his role as father and husband very seriously, the words "man of faith" and "a family man" definitely come to mind as I fondly remember him. Your spirit lives on in the warmth of the sun, the sweetness of fruit (your pears were delicious!) and in your beautiful family. With love, Kate
