Robert "Bill" Fisher (2 Feb 1938 - 31 Jan 2017)

In loving memory of Robert "Bill" Fisher who sadly passed away on 31st January 2017.

Our family have decided to share this as a way of remembering one of the most kind and gentle men that we have ever known. Although the loss of him is still very hard to bear, we are very grateful of the time we had together and also of the kind words that we have had from people.

We have such fond memories of him and his daft sense of humour. From working on the land during his younger days to becoming a removals driver, he was hard working throughout his life and never seemed to let anything get him down and I know he would want everyone to think of the good things and for us all to keep smiling no matter what.

The charity we have chosen for any donations is Guide Dogs. In the past few months Bill had taken it upon himself to donate to this charity as it was something he thought was very important and the work that they do to help people. He was super chuffed to tell us all about the puppy (Zac) he had sponsored ! As such, in memory of him we wish to continue this support for Guide dogs and all the work they do to help those in need.
