In loving memory of Eleanor Raffan who sadly passed away on 25th January 2017. Born at Knowe Glenrinnes Banffshire on 17th June 1931. Eleanor was married to William Lovie Raffan who predeceased her in 1970. Eleanor leaves three children, Dorothy, George and Christine, 7 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. One of five children she is survived by two sisters, Vi and Sheila, and a brother, Stuart.
Moving from Whitehill's near Banff to Dundee and then Sutton in Ashfield in
1967 Eleanor and William both worked at the Metal Box he u till his death in 1970 and her until retirement in 1993.
