Ronald James William Blackburn, (Ron) sadly passed away peacefully at Southampton General Hospital on the 4th of January with his family by his side. This page is in remembrance of his life and all that he meant to us.
We would like to thank the dedicated staff of the ICU for the caring and sensitivity shown to both Ron and his family at this difficult time.

Dear Aunty Barb, Lynn, Joanne, Steve, partners and children.
What a great kind caring man Uncle Ron was. His love for his family showed in everything he did. His joy in all things football enabled a bond with Simon. He will be missed dearly.

I grew up with Ron throughout our school years then our daughters became close friends. We have lots of happy memories through the years. Ron will be greatly missed and our love and thoughts are with Barbara and the family
