In loving memory of Daniel Hickey who sadly passed away on 7th January 2017.
Daniel had been poorly since May and was diagnosed with COPD, sadly Daniel developed other health issues and diabetes that we were not aware of and peacefully slipped into a coma.
I did everything I could to keep his heart pumping until help arrived. Paramedics found a pulse but his oxygen supply had been gone too long.
The hospital did everything they could but due to septicemia his organs slowly shut down. I held him tight and said goodbye one last time.
Until we are together again your pain and suffering has taken you to a better place. I love you my sweet Daniel forever and always Zoe Bobby & Francessca xxxx xxxx xx
Daniel loved life, had so much to live for. He was a true gentleman - he was a Chandler and I was his Monica.
A day wasn't a good day if we did not have a good laugh. He was amazing at anything except cooking! We shared a special bond that not many people ever have.
He loved his work at Henry Smiths, went for a day job and worked his way to buyer of menswear & manager. He could fit any man up with a suit just from a glance as they came through the door. His Nan Winnie was his great inspiration, as long as she was fit and alright ,then he was happy. He loved all his family and friends xx please wear clothes that are comfortable to you and colours to attend

33days been lost without you. I cherish the last evening the last movie we watched,your last impressions we giggled so had our tummy hurt. the last meal you ate, your note you left to say what time you last taken your meds your empty bun wrapper from what you nibbled during the night. Please give me the strength & guidance to carry on. Love you always Zoe.

Would like to thank everyone that attended. You helped me share Daniels day. He had amazing Send off we celebrated his life as he would of wanted. Taken way too soon had so much to live for sadly some of just don't get them choices. Daniel will be my heart as I was his, until we are together again one day I will think of you every day. Love and thankyou to everyone that's made his day one to remember.
