In loving memory of Jane Chapman who sadly passed away on 11th January 2017, aged 60 years. Dearest wife to Robert, beloved daughter to Pauline and the late Ronald. Loving sister to Sally. Much loved mum to Matthew, Emma, Paul and Lucy-Mei. Adored Grandma and friend to many. She will be sadly missed.
