It's now been over 4 months since you left us, it doesn't get no easier, the pain in my chest is still there. Miss our chats. It still doesn't seem real.
Miss you so much nana ? xx

Somebody said yesterday that we do something with the clocks soon (I don't know if it's backwards or forwards) but I had no idea, then I realised that I won't be getting my phone call reminding me about the clocks changing, you always reminded me.
My heart still feels broken.
In my thoughts everyday nana, love you xx

Still can not believe you have gone nana. Have never really prepared myself for this time.. One of the very few people who truely understood me, who didn't judge me, who always took the time too ask about my life. Who was always so honest, so accepting, and non judgemental, always.
I am lost on a Sunday without my visit too you, I will miss my phone call reminders near Father's Day & when the clocks change too remind me, my weekly pack of ginger buiscuits.
Left such a massive hole in our hearts, we will never ever forget you, I truely hope you are in a better place & finally reunited with grandad and other loved ones, as we spoke about.
Love you always nana ? Xx

We had a wonderful grandmother
One who never really grew old
Her smile was made of sunshine
And her heart was made of gold

You meant so much to all of us
You were special and that's no lie
You brightened up the darkest day
and the cloudiest sky

Your smile alone warmed hearts
Your laugh was like music to hear
We would give absolutely anything
To have you well and standing near

Not a second passes
When your not on our minds
Your love we will never forget
The hurt will ease in tine
Many tears we have seen and cried
They have all poured out like rain

We know you are happy now
And no longer in any pain

We had a wonderful grandmother xxx

God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be
so he put his arms around you
and whispered,
Come to Me.

With tearful eyes we watch you
and saw you pass away
and although we loved you dearly
we could not make you stay.

A Golden heart stopped beating
hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove us
he only takes the best
