In loving memory of Denis Jelly who sadly passed away on 25th December 2016
Passed away at the Nottingham City Hospital on 25th December 2016 aged 86 years.
His funeral service will take place at Wilford Hill Crematorium, Main Chapel, on Monday 16th January 2017 at 2-00pm.
