In loving memory of Suzanne (Sue) Case who sadly passed away on 31st December 2016

Peacefully at the University Hospital Of Wales- Sue, well known for her time at the Department Of Health & Social Security within Cardiff. A much loved sister, aunty and friend.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Sue is in the care of The Vale Funeral Service, 181 Court Road, Barry until a celebration of her life at Cardiff & Glamorgan Memorial Park, Port Road, Barry on Thursday 19th January at 11:00am, followed by interment at
Barry Cemetery.
Flowers may be sent to the funeral home, donations if desired may be made at the service or via this tribute page
where you are welcome to leave your personal messages and memories. All donations received to support PDSA
Family request colourful clothing optional to reflect on Sue's personality and character.
