Passed away peacefully at home on 4th January 2017 surrounded by his family.
A loving partner to Harriet, a treasured father to Tony & Philip, a special Granddad and Great Granddad and a great friend to many.
A service to celebrate Sammy’s life will be held on Friday 27th January at St Augustine’s Church, Upper Dale Road Derby at 11:00am
