James Stuart Addison 'Jim' (8 Jan 1943 - 30 Dec 2016)

Passed away suddenly at home on 30th December 2016, aged 73 years.
Much loved husband and soul mate of Rose, loving father of Catherine and Sally, step-dad to Jackie abd grandfather to Sam, Rachel, Isobel, Josh, Thomas and Tabitha.
Funeral Service to be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Tuesday 17th January 2017 at 3.20pm.
