Suddenly at home on 2nd January aged 78 years Hazel (nee Carnegie ) Beloved wife of Bede, much loved Mam of Michele, Graeme and Christopher, A dear Mother in law of Paul , Celia and Jane, Adored Nanny of Rebecca, Timothy, Charlotte, Daniel, Dominic, Joseph, Calum, Emily and Matthew also Great Grandmother of Luca and Eva.
Hazel will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.
Family and friends please meet at St Mary's RC Church on Friday 13th January at 12.45 pm, followed by Cremation At South Shields Crematorium at 1.30pm.
