In memory of Brian Kenneth Leighton who passed away on the 29th December 2016. Brian was a loving husband of 47 years to his wife Pat and a devoted father to Paul.
He also leaves his daughter in law Janine and was brother to Kathleen, Terance and the late Ronald.
He was the much loved granddad to Brooke and Sophie who he doted over.
Brian was born and raised in Sneinton, Nottingham before moving to the family home in Colwick in which he lived for some 50 years until he passed.
Before retirement Brian worked for Severn Trent Water for many years at their Stoke Bardolph site.
Brian loved to fish in his spare time and for many years he would be seen walking his beloved dog Shogun around the Colwick Country Park in all weathers without fail.
