Dear relatives, parents, cousins, friends, I was thinking about Trudy today. She often pops into my mind because she was one of my best friends at UEL. We spent many a day together - we were on the same course & in the halls, after that we still spent time together. I had a lot of health issues & Trudy stood by me throughout. She was a steadfast friend. Our times down the pub with various papers of a Sunday were great. She always had a thirst for knowledge. She was far cleverer than me. She was so pleased when she got her job- at first work experience- at the paper. She came & met my parents. My Mum & Dad loved her - we went out in my home town- but i wasnt that far away from our Barking at that time. I never met Trudys parents but she loved them both so much, she would speak about them all the time. Although I never really saw Trudy that much after we left (I had to go early due to my own issues), once or twice after our eventful trip with Mandy to Gran Canaria, I always thought we'd all see each other again one day. I will always remember Trudy as a fantastic, funny & eloquent young woman. Someone who was blunt & to the point, but was sensitive & understanding. She was loyal & unjudgemental. She was so funny! She got people that a lot of people didn't. Love you Trudy. I am sorry I wasn't better at being in touch. My friend forever. XxxxX
