On December 8th 2016, suddenly at his home in Fenay Bridge, Huddersfield, Jack aged 86 years. The beloved husband of Pam, father of John, Andrew and David, grandad to Rachel, Jonathan, Helen, Fiona, Heather and Natalie, great grandad to Aimee, George and Anya and a great friend to many.
Funeral service and cremation at Huddersfield Crematorium on Thursday December 29th at 1.15 pm. Family flowers only please.
