Mum, Through the hard times in my life you were always the one to get me through it, with a shoulder to cry on or a solution.
Now you are gone and back with Dad, at first I wondered who will pick me up when I fall? Then I realised that because you were the best mum anyone could wish for, you have given me a large loving family as well as bringing me up with the best guidance in life to go on with my wonderful wife and little family. I hope I can now put everything you have taught me into practice, I aspire to be the kind of you were to my step children, ensuring your legacy continues.
Without all of your hard work, support, love and guidance I'd be a very lonely girl right now.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, the place where you and Dad will always be
Sxxx

Enid Diana White Nee HUMBY
13.10.1947 – 02.12.2016
A battle bravely fought but sadly lost.
Sadly missed by all who knew her,
Nevermore than a thought away,
Loved and remembered everyday.
She was a loving Mum, Nan and Great Nan.
Re-united with Dad,
Rest in Peace.
Enid was born in Newbridge the youngest of 9 children to Alfred and Caroline Humby.
She was mum/ Nan to all who knew her. she always had a listening ear and great advise.
She never judged but always helped.
She was quick to speak her mind but also quick to forgive. She was the best hostess and life and soul of any party at home.
Home is not the same without her. She was the heart of the home.
If I can be half the lady she was I will be very happy. She was the most influential lady in my life and I was proud to call her Mum.
