In loving memory of Jacqueline Jordan who sadly passed away on 26th November 2016.
A loving Wife, Mum, Sister, Friend and Nanny Noodle, Jackie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorial donations be made to the Mesothelioma UK a charity which is dedicated to providing specialist mesothelioma information, support and education, and to improving care and treatment for all UK mesothelioma patients and their carers.
