In loving memory of Claire Louise Birch who sadly passed away on 20th November 2016
Claire was born in Winchester,Hampshire.
Claire was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at 2 days old.
Claire and Tony (Anthony) were married in 2008 in Hartshill.
Claire and her husband had 2 children Sophie (born 2010) & Luke (born 2014) but also unfortunately lost a son in 2008.
Claire had a lung transplant 10 days before she passed due to illness.

My heart really hurts.. I think about you every single second of every day but it's not untill I look on here or on your facebook till I realise that you are in heaven, with the other angels. What I would do to have you back with me, with all of us for one more day, we love you so much claire. I still hope that you will come home, to just walk through our door one more time..
