On 12th November 2016, at Willow House NH., formerly of Cleckheaton, aged 67 years, Pam, dearly loved mother of Julian, Dominic and Emma and beloved grandma Pam to her grandchildren James, Declan, Elise, Kenzi and Alfie-Lee, a beloved sister, sister-in-law and auntie.

A service to celebrate Pam’s life will be held at Cleckheaton Town Hall on Monday 28th November 2016 at 2:30pm. Followed by committal at Cleckheaton Cemetery.

Flowers will be received or if preferred donations in memory of Pam may be placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of Dementia UK. Those attending the service are requested to wear their ‘going out clothes’ Pam said so.
