Very sad to learn of the loss of Joan. I first met her a some time ago when Sarah was still at
school. Joan was looking after my Granny in Queen Mary lodge.Later she spent time with my mother
at home when she began to suffer from Dementia. SHE WAS VERY VERY GOOD CARING PERSON
to my mum and I will always be grateful for that.
I did many little jobs for Joan over the years and was always on hand when she had a technical
query. She was very knowledgeable on many subjects She could be very persistent
when things did not work properly,we always got there in the end.
