Jack enjoyed visiting the Bluebell line. We used to have some good days out there.

As a railway buff, I always remember Jack letting me in the cab of his train for the journey from Gillingham to Higham. He often had to knock on the carriage window to wake me up at Strood... when I came back from Maidstone college and Jack was driving.

When we saw you last christmas you chatted for ages with Dan ..he said you were a very interesting man...........And it was obvious you loved your family very much .And you are going to be missed by alot of people
