In loving memory of Peter Thomas Graham who sadly passed away on 21st October 2016. Aged 77 years.
Reunited and dancing again with his beloved wife Cathy. Devoted Dad to Carol, Sue, Debbie, David and Paula.
Loving Grandad to Kevin, Joe, Michael, Sarah, Josh, Holly, Lucas, Alexander and Delilah.
Cherished Great Grandad to Lewis and Archie. Parted from his treasured Yorkshire Terrier, Bella.
Funeral Service at Christ Church, Bootle on Thursday 3rd November at 11:15am followed by burial at Bootle Cemetery. The family will join you afterwards at The ODVA Social Club, Bootle.
