Robin Barry Bradford (Passed away 17 Oct 2016)

Although I did not know Robin, as a former colleague and friend of Wendy, I was shocked today to hear the news that he had passed away. My heartfelt condolences go out to Wendy, Amy and Ellie at this dreadfully sad time.

So sad and sorry to see you go, sad too for Wendy, Amy & Ellie.

Robin was such a lovely person.

We had many happy times with Rob and family. Thinking of Wendy, Amy and Eleanor.

A firm friend and golfing companion. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

I managed to get to know Robin when we worked together in the Networks department at Nationwide Building Society in Northampton. Robin was a very caring and kind person who would offer advice when needed on a work and personal level. He was at his funniest when he was not trying to be funny which always brought a laugh to us all. Rest in peace Robin and be proud of all your wonderful achievements.

We only met Robin a few times but as work colleagues and friends of Wendy she shared many a happy story which made us feel like we knew him quite well. Our thoughts are with Wendy, Ellie and Amy at this sad time. Love and best wishes from all your colleagues at Leicester, Liverpool and Milton Keynes x

It was a pleasure to get to know Robin through our NCT group such a kind and lovely man. Our 'reunions' will not be the same again. With love to Wendy, Amy and Ellie.

Bob was my best mate in my early Army years and we did many things together that I still remember, in fact two days before we left to come on our Autumn holiday to Florida I was going to send him a photo of us together at Barry Island visiting my parents on holiday, we hitched the whole way from Catterick Camp after his scooter broke down whilst crossing the Penines, we got to Barry early in the morning and had to sleep in the waltzer at a fair ground until it got light. A lovely man and a GREAT FRIEND although we only met again after 50 years or so last year at our reunion he was ALWAYS in my thoughts and I told my wife Lolly many times about the things we got up to together. We represented the Army at TEN PIN BOWLING together back in the early days when bowling was just coming to the front of sport and we played many times with a few BLACK VELVETS at the Harewood club just down from Catterick camp, learning the game. I miss him very much now he is not around. Love to his family from my family x

I was very shocked and sorry to hear about Robin's death. Sadly, because of ill health I won't be able to attend the funeral but my heart goes out to Robin's family at this sad time.
