Peacefully in St.Clare's Hospice on October 19th aged 66years, Dave. Dearly loved husband of Jackie, much loved Dad of Lynsey and Mike, also a treasured Granda to Josie.
Please meet for service at South Shields crematorium on Monday 31st October at 2.30pm.
No flowers at Dave's request, donations in lieu to St Clare's Hospice.
