In loving memory of Richard Dominic Monk, husband, son and a great friend of many. Richard sadly passed away on 15th October 2016 and we would love to give him the send off he deserves. Richard was a man who loved living life to the full with the people who loved him for who he was. He would want us all to remember him for the life he lead. Everybody who knew Richard or was touched by Richard is welcome to come to his funeral and remember his life with us. Richard wanted a bright funeral so we are asking people not to wear the colour black. He also would like people not to send flowers but to make a donation to either of his favorite charities; Teenage Cancer Trust or Sarcoma UK. Details for both charities and the funeral locations can be found down the right hand side of this webpage. I do hope to see you all there celebrating the life of my husband with myself and his parents, he wouldn't want it any other way.

Lots of Love

Amicia

Rich, you were my Mr fix it man ,nothing was too much trouble, anything I asked however hard you never let me struggle ,I use to sit and talk to you alone and by your side, you were so brave, to all you gave , but your pain you couldn't hide, I stood and I waited so many heads held high and then you came in style again on your long and last ride . I cried so many tears they sailed you in your boat to heaven, but one thing I know rich with all my heart you will never be forgotten /Ian & Sandy

Richard, an amazing man, and amazing nephew. kind, loving and a willingness to help anybody and everybody. Always with a smile on his face, a sunny disposition even through the tough times he had. His determination to make every minute of his life count, living his life to the full and not letting his illness define him. His attitude , strength and spirit were, and always will be, a beacon to us all. We will miss you so much Richard, Rest in Peace, free of pain, free at last. God Bless Aunty Helen, Uncle Barry, Ben, Luke and Adam xxxxx
