Chuck you were the only man I ever looked up to, you were always there for me in good and bad times. Never did you let me down when I needed your help or advise about anything. The kindest loving man I have had the pleasure to call my dad. There will be a massive gap in my life that can never be filled by anyone else. I will always love you and wished I had told you more when I had the chance but now it's too late. Rest in peace now you are no longer in pain, reunited with mum so you can look after each other until we meet again.
Love and miss you lots xxxxxxxxxxxxx

You've earned your place in heaven Chuck (Dad),
After all that you've been through
I wish I could have helped you
But there was nothing I could do
Peacefully sleeping now out of pain.
I would not wake you up to suffer again.

XXXXXXXXXXXXX LOVE AND MISS YOU TODAY, TOMORROW AND FOREVER XXXXXXXXX
