Passed away on Thursday 31st July 2014.
Much loved husband and soul mate of Susan, loving dad to Paula and Donna a grandad and great grandad.
My brave soldier has lost his final battle.
The funeral service will be held in the Carnarvon Chapel at Bretby Crematorium on Thursday 14th August at 1.30pm
Black need not be worn.
Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of John may be placed in the collection box at the service and will be divided between St Giles Hospice, Cancer Research Uk and Macmillan Cancer Support.
