In loving memory of Theresa Ann Geldart who sadly passed away on 7th October 2016
Theresa was an amazing wife, an awesome mother, fantastic sister, a wonderful daughter,and friend to all who were lucky enough to have met her.
For those of you who would like to celebrate her life, her funeral will be held on 25th October at St John's Church in Old Coulsdon at 11am, followed by a further celebration at Old Coulsdon Golf Club. Please pass this message onto other people that knew her.
Family flowers only please at Theresa's request. Instead she has asked if you would like to make a donation on her behalf to either Cancer research for all the amazing work that they do. Without them we would not have had the joy of Theresa for so long. Or to St Christopher's Hospice in honor of the expert care she received throughout the end of her illness and in particular through her final days.
Theresa touched so many of our lives, and we hope that you can join us to celebrate the wonderful person she was.
