Those wishing to attend his funeral are asked to wear bright clothes in celebration of a truly happy soul and his wonderfully joyous life.
Family flowers only please at Lindsey's request. Any donations are asked to be made to St Thomas' Hospital in honour of the expert care he received throughout his illness and in particular through his final months.
His tenacious spirit, infectious smile and zest for life will continue in the lives of his devoted wife Kirsty, beautiful children Marli and Jaxon, and the family and friends who love him so dearly.
