It was sad to hear that Uncle Arthur has died, and it was regrettable that I was unable to attend his funeral. However, I would like Nancy and the family to know how much I cherished the memory of Uncle Arthur being so good and kind to me when I was an eleven year old schoolboy boarding at the rather spartan Duke of York's school, Dover.

Love to Nancy and family.
Peter and Angela (Froud). xx
