It bring me to tears to see you Karen in peace. I want say thank you for helping me out in my hour of need, when I need it a the most. When you kindly gave me a roof over my head. I'll be forever grateful to you and Derek at what you both did back in 2011. I hope your mum and dad are with you up there, looking down on how wonderful your sister's Teri and Janis are doing. And your children Jamie and Steph who will miss you so much. Sadly leaving your husband Derek who I am sure will miss you being around and your company.

It's sad to say, we say goodbye to one of the greatest ladies that ever lived, my Mum. A true hero. Always a smile on her lips, and laughter to follow, even at the end. Gone but never, ever forgotten. Always deeply loved.

Karen was one of those unfortunate people who had more than their fair share of health problems but you never heard her complain or say "why me?". She was a lovely sister who was taken from us all far too soon. I will miss her terribly and always have fond memories of the special person she was. Mum and Dad will look after you now Karen xxxxx
