In loving memory of the late Valerie Lesley Shepherd who sadly passed away on 22nd July 2014. Val's family wish to thank everyone for all your love, kindness and support. Thank you for the beautiful floral tributes and donations, and for being with us at her funeral. Also thank you for all the kind messages of support sent from those of you who could not be there. Val will now rest in peace, very close to her home, near to her friends. Xxx

One year has passed and I miss you so very much. I know you are always near though. I stayed at your graveside until the hour had passed tonight. Your grave looks so beautiful with all the flowers and messages that your beloved family have placed there today. It is such a lovely, peaceful place to spend time with you. Lots of love, Cheryl xxx

Special and fond memories of times spent with you and Uncle Terry on holidays, at your house and at the shop growing up alongside Cheryl. You will be missed by many but you are in a place where you are no longer suffering. Thank you for all that you did for me and my mum. Love always your niece Katie x

Thank you for all the lovely memories you have left me, especially from my childhood when you were like a Mum to me, I remember you taking me lots of places, shopping to Nottingham and day trips to Skegness, making me dresses, etc. I thought it was wonderful when I was a kid. You've been taken, but my memories of you will never be. My love forever big Sis. X
