In loving memory of Lis slator who sadly died at St Giles' Hospice,
Whittington on 22nd September 2016, aged 67 years.
Beloved wife of Richard, dearly loved daughter of Daisy
and sister of Karl, Christian and Monique.
Lis will be received into Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Catholic Church,
Wales Lane, Barton under Needwood on Tuesday 4th October at 6.00pm.
Funeral Wednesday 5th, Requiem Mass 10.45 am followed by a
committal service at Lichfield and District Crematorium.
