In fond memory of John. It was a blessing to have known John and to have him (and Kathy and children) as neighbours for 10 years in Sutton and another blessing that, through a pure coincidence, we were fortunate enough to meet up again recently. John was just as we remembered him, cheerful, warm and charming and in such good spirit, considering the pain he was suffering. We will treasure the memory of John on our visit that day and we send our sincere condolences to Kathy and family at this sad time.

With fondest memories of a true gentleman who always had time and thoughts for others. xx

John always gave us a warm and cheerful greeting when we saw him at church. Good memories! We are remembering you, Kathy, and the family in our prayers.

We already miss your cheery smile in the Marketing office at Canford. Thank you John for brightening our days with your enthusiasm and support for the school, and for all your kindness over the years.

It was so lovely to see you all again today and I'm sorry there wasn't time to chat for longer. How grown up you all are now and it doesn't seem possible that you left Canford ... years ago! Your dad was always a big part of school life and I remember him with much fondness; he was a wonderfully warm-hearted man.
