In loving memory of Sandra Kathleen Vaughan who sadly passed away on 22nd August 2016, aged 73 years.
Mum had been fighting COPD for many years.
She passed away peacefully at home in her sleep.
Flowers may be sent to John Weir, Rainham by 11.00am on Tuesday 13th September.
