In loving memory of Geoffrey Michael Rice who sadly passed away on 21st August 2016 in the care of his devoted family.

Loving husband of Janet "Jan". Inspirational dad of Helen, Claire, Elaine and Matt and "Geoffrey" to grandchild Ruby. Father in law of Richard, Adam and Amy. Big brother "Bro" to Ken and Mary and brother in law to Jane, Richard, Suzanne and Pete. Much loved uncle. Respected friend, neighbour and adviser to many.

A celebration of Geoff's life will take place at Bretby Crematorium at 3pm on Friday 2nd September.

Strictly no flowers please - at Geoff's request - but in lieu of flowers donations to Macmillan would be most welcome

Goodbye Geoffrey, I hadn't seen you much of late but I have some brilliant memories of being made to feel so relaxed and welcome in your (and Jan's) home when I was young. I just about got to grips with your wicked sense of humour- I've never been great with that kind of thing as Elly will confirm! You will be missed. Much love to everyone in the family xxxxx
