A much loved mum, grandma, sister and daughter.
Passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home on 14th August 2016 aged 61 years.
Mary's funeral service will be held on Tuesday 6th September, 3.00pm at Amber Valley Crematorium, Swanwick.
