Loving husband of Barbara, father of Martin & Philip, he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Passed away at Royal Derby Hospital on 16th August 2016 aged 91 years.
Trevor's funeral service will be held on Thursday 1st September, 2.40pm at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel). Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Derby Hospitals Charity will be collected at the service.
