Passed away peacefully at London Road Community Hospital, Derby on 11th August 2016 aged 79 years.

Much loved wife of Walter (Wal) and dearly loved mother of David. Pam's funeral service will be held at York Crematorium on Tuesday 30th August at 2.20pm.
