In loving memory of Margaret Hammond who passed away peacefully on 1st August 2016, aged 96 years. Margaret will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service to be held at St Mary's Church, Horncastle on 31st August 2016 at 1:45pm, followed by cremation at Alford Crematorium.

Margaret I shall miss you dearly. You were like a Grandma to me. You were my Grandma! Always there for me from the start. You had an absolute heart of gold and always put others before yourself.
I'm going to miss you so so much but I still have the memories we made which will stay with me and last forever.
You will always hold a special place in my heart.

Miss you so very much, but pleased that you're with Jim and Suki again. So glad we were with you at the end, as we were in life. Thank you for everything and for always being there, so until we meet again Margarita Pracatan, love you to the moon and back xxxxxx
