Cyril Heald Sadly Passed away on Wednesday 27th July 2016. Many of you know him as a friend, family member or from his work. He was born in Lincoln on the 19th April 1948. As you may know his mother was Maltese and his love for Malta and his family was very strong. He was always happy in Malta and loved every minute he spent there.
Cyril or as most of you know him Sid always loved life and was always up for a joke or two. Right until the end he has us all laughing.
He was happily married to Sue for 43 years and will be sadly missed.
You are all welcome to join us to celebrate Sids life on Thursday 11th August at 11.45pm at Bramcote Crematorium. We ask for no flowers but there will be a donation box towards Cancer Research. If you would like to kindly donate.

We were very close friends with Sid. We spent many happy times with him and Sue at their place and ours.A place of fun and laughter , of warmth and a lot of chips ! Sid would understand what we mean .He was a quiet man, who liked to talk , a low key man ,with a great sense of humour , a helpful man , when you needed him. Sid was the go to man for technical assistance. Whether taking photographs of Lana 's paintings , which he did so many times for a website, or advising Lorenzo about the way with all regarding computers , which he did, with patience . We appreciated him and we shall miss him very much .We send him lots of love . xx

I was so sorry to read about Cyril's passing. Many years ago we got in touch with him to help us with our family tree, which he very kindly posted to us. He sounded like a lovely man, and although we didn't know him personally, he is a member of our family, and we send our thoughts to his family and friends.
