We only knew June for a short time, but we will always remember her zest for life. Your sence of humour was amazing, your craft work I envied very much. You did try to teach me crochet, sorry June I was one of your failed pupils. You where such a 'character' and the world will be a sadder place without you. Rest in peace June. Love Val and Davexxx

The Rose Beyond the Wall. A rose grew where all could see, sheltered beside a garden wall, and as the days passed swiftly by, it spread its branches, straight and tall...One day a beam of light shone through a crevice that had opened wide. The rose bent gently towards its warmth, then passed beyond to the other side. Now, you who deeply feel its loss, be comforted - the rose blooms there - its beauty even greater now, nurtured by God's loving care.

June was a great friend, she made me laugh and cry,we loved the turkey n tinsel holidays mainly our pre Christmas holidays. She was so funny,i remember when at Lake Windermere she didn't like a swan almost nipping her hand whilst sitting waiting for our boat trip. She laughed at me when we had a cream tea on another trip and i disgusted her when i licked the cream tub she said Margaret. .rest in peace my friend miss you dearly. Xxxxxxx

So June, as you knew me so well, it wouldn't be me without saying something funny and remembering the fun times, as Richard reminded me tonight " I'm the funny one" really??? My first time I met you we were staying at your house, Richard gave me this lecture about what to say and not say! Yea right! If you remember we arrived much later than planned (due to popping into a local club) after so many cigs and pots of tea I finally got to bed around 6am! so, we decided to do the gardening for you the next day, you mentioned to me about your washing line post, so I decided to pull it out, big mistake ......... All of a sudden in true "Robert style" this water flew out of the ground from somewhere, and all you could was just laugh and laugh!! The next thing I remember was Richard and I, music blaring out, with us miming to "shout" in your garden! That was the first of many good laughters! And then there was the time I put Krsitina on the bin! And If I remember rightly you was expecting Lauren! Lauren was apparently frightened of me when she was little as mummy had told her what I had done!! I could go on and on about the good times, but I have to finish with the best, so we took you clubbing, you was the last on the podium and the door staff actually asked you to leave, as everyone else had gone, so we all got into Richards "Lada Loo" driving back you decided you felt unwell, so I pulled over and you opened the door to be sick, and hey presto your teeth flew out!!! And we couldn't stop laughing, what did I do........ Put the car into the wrong gear and reversed over them! And now I must say goodbye for now until we meet again for many more laughs and remanising, with lots of love always Robert xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Dear June over the many years (25) I have been part of your family, as Richard reminded me, I was to be one of the first of your many gay sons! We have shared many good times and sad times, but through it all you still had that way of being an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and friend. I have so many fond and wonderful memories of you, and cannot believe you have finally gone back to Jack and others that temporarily left you with us, I / we shall sorely miss you, and I wish to remember you being here, I will come to see you very soon. My only regret was that you never got to meet Steve as you too would got on like a house on fire, especially with a few drinkies down you, With much love always Robert xxxxxxxxxxxxxx And love from Steve too xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
