Peacefully at the Little Sisters of the Poor, Edinburgh, on 18 July 2016 and fortified by the Rites of Holy Church, the Reverend James Anthony MacDonald (Father Tony), priest of the Archdiocese of St Andrews & Edinburgh, former parish priest of St Margaret's, South Queensferry and St Mary's, Ratho, loving son of the late Roderick and Morag from Barra. Remains will be received into St Margaret's, South Queensferry at 7.00pm on Monday, 1 August followed by the Rosary: Tuesday, 2 August, St Margaret's, South Queensferry will be open from early morning for prayer, Rosary at 7.00pm: Wednesday, 3 August, Requiem Mass 12 noon at St Margaret's, South Queensferry and thereafter to South Queensferry Cemetery. No flowers, donations to the Little Sisters of the Poor, Edinburgh. He will be greatly missed by his parishioners and all who knew him. A' Bhanthighearna Lourdes, guidh air a shon.
