David Terrence Phillips (30 Jan 1964 - 7 Jul 2016)

A dear Dad, Son & brother passed away peacefully, quietly, relaxed & with so much dignity whilst surrounded by his family on 7th July 2016. The care given to David by the ICU at Derriford hospital was second to none. We are so grateful for their kindness at our time of need.
