In loving memory of Eileen Smith (nee Cleverley) who sadly passed away on 30th June 2016 at the Great Western Hospital, Swindon aged 85 years.

Devoted wife of Mike. Loving mother of Alan and Kathy, mother-in-law of Sandra and Paul and grandmother to Tom and Evie.
