In loving memory of Dianne Jane MacRae who sadly passed away on 13th June 2016

Dianne was known to many in the Daventry area as a long serving teacher at Ashby Road School, which later became William Parker School. Since retiring she continued to stay active in the local community, volunteering for the Court Service, at the Mackintosh house at 78 Derngate in Northampton, and becoming a much exhibited ceramicist known for her colourful works of gossiping ladies. She was also involved with two choirs: The Daventry Choral Society and The Judit Singers - but only ever in a supporting role as she couldn't sing a note.

Dianne is survived by her husband of forty years, Anthony, her son Tom and her brother John.

She was, and is, a local legend.

Such a worthy cause which Dianne supported so much; only sorry for the reason we are donating at this time. Her funeral was so moving and personal, just what she would have wanted. RIP Dianne
