In loving memory of Keith Trevor Roberts who passed away peacefully on 7th June 2016 aged 61 years.
Husband of Bernadette, much loved step dad to Andrew, Stephen and Amanda, step father in law to Richard and Amanda, Papa Keith to Melody, Ellena, Connall, Jacob, Steven and Charlotte.

By request of the family, formal dress need not be worn.
